BreadBBS
By now our precious Living benefactors ought to be familiar with Maldevaran English, not like one has a choice, because it is the only language that exists, but what about its variety of the jurisprudic tendency used within the prestigious domains of the Court and the Council?
The aforementioned is referred to as Honourary English, the minified version of which is employed in the daily speech of Judges and Marginalian Officers (with all the ipsedisruptic phenomena it arrives with), and the full extent of its flourish exemplified through Legal documents and academic treatises.
The particulars of this variation may be assimilated by you through the assumption of these six cardinal rules:
By perusing our BBS Policy you agree to be bound to the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Under legal obligation, each commenter is automatically subjected to celescantronic psychiatric evaluation upon submission of your input. Any complaints must be made in writing, signed and notarised by a representative officer of your local designated communications station and submitted in triplicate no later than the second weekend of the first week of every month with bi-monthly intermissal exceptions. Complaints are not valid without dry seal.

Hello, here's a thread where you can comment any issues you see, either with breadavota.cafe or the BBS.
Bugs, typographical errors,404's, etc. can all be reported. Thank you!

Minor update, but I tried to see if I could deal with the issue of the Home page drawing not disappearing and blocking the menu bar when the page is refreshed/when you go to a different page, and I think it should be fixed now.

@Null, on mobile, you might have to press the 'PC' button on top to go the PC theme (no idea why images don't work on the mobile theme but FC2 doesn't let me edit it).
On PC the issue unfortunately does not seem to be the BBS but your connection; your ISP may be blocking some aspects of the website. You can try changing your DNS to 1.1.1.1 (please search online for the exact procedure for your device) although I'm not sure how effective that will be.

@rolypolyphonic, I'm using Chrome (rarely Edge) on a PC running Windows 11. It's not a big deal to reload the page, thanks for looking into it.

On the BBS it won't let me see the images, I've tried to click where you normally can see them but they show up as unable to see. Tbh it could be that I haven't used the BBS in a while but yeah it's a pain.

@Anonymous, re: home sections
I have double-checked the website. Can you tell me what device you are using?
It seems the issue isn't with the website code itself but that the script that checks which sections are visible on the home page and that is meant to hide the section with the drawing of Bread isn't fully executing/resetting, either because of a slower Internet connection or in some cases if you are using a mobile device.
It's a little inconvenient, but you may just have to reload the page.

Hi--I found a bug with the comments page and the wiki pages. It's the same issue with both.
If you go to the comments or wiki page from the homepage, then go to another full page (whether on breadavota.cafe or not), then use the browser's back button to go back to the homepage, the menu bar is cut off. The page just starts with the drawing of Bread. I can't test it on more than one device, but this happens on both Chrome and Edge.
If there's a "Home" button on the second page and you use that to get back to the homepage, the menu bar appears as usual and everything is fine.

I added a script that automatically blocks forbidden characters on input, because FC2 just deletes them from the message otherwise...
Since this forum is from 1999 it only allows up to Unicode 3.0 (had to use all my brainpower to find out what the forum's issue was). You can't use emojis and other 'modern' characters.
Someday I will learn to code a forum of my own, but that day is not today and also maybe not ever. C'est la vie.
